This class blew my mind. It’s not “cheap” but I have zero regrets paying for it. Best money I’ve ever spent for my personal healing. I think I did the early bird back then and felt it was absolutely worth the price. I probably would’ve paid full price as well and still felt it was worth the price lol.
To get the best bang for your buck, I highly recommend allowing yourself to be truly honest with looking at what’s in your shadows and facing it while knowing you have the support of the entire group. I’m aware this isn’t everyone’s jam and some might prefer doing this stuff in private, which is totally fine. But if you’re someone who doesn’t mind healing with a group, sharing your deepest and darkest truths in front of a bunch of strangers, then this course could be extremely helpful and liberating for you. I know I’m not really selling it by saying you will be fully exposed lol but the results can be very liberating if you’re open to it and willing to do the work.
As always, this isn’t the only option for shadow work. Can always do it in private with a trusted person who can hold space for this type of work. So there’s that. But if you’re someone who’s done a lot of inner work and feel there’s just something you can’t access fully, that might be running the show in the background, that you’re “blocked” somehow, I highly suggest taking this course.
