Btw I’ve been kinda knee deep in my new venture lately, much to my surprise lol.
For some reason, I’ve been trying to start it up for quite a long time and kept failing at it. Either my health was poor and I wasn’t in the right state of mind to work on it, or some logistical issues, being in the wrong timezone, and whatnot. But at some point I was like… am I not meant to be on this path? Is this the Universe trying to steer me correctly? It almost seems like the powers that be don’t want me to do this… at least not yet?
Thankfully, no that wasn’t it lol.
I think what happened was that physically I wasn’t in a good place to really get into what it is that I wanted to do. First off, I was living in one timezone but sleeping in the opposite timezone lol. It was really messing up my health, especially missing those golden hours of sleep. Because I would be asleep during certain times, I missed the “fun” window of time for my venture each day and was left with the boring parts. I was incredibly frustrated that no matter what I tried, I couldn’t fix whatever I needed to fix in order to continue.
I ended up asking my body what it needed and it kept asking me to rest. So, I slept like I was in a coma lol. I think because I was told that sleeping too much is actually bad for us, which I’m not even sure is true, I was afraid to sleep a lot. I didn’t want to do more damage to my body. But, I listened and allowed my body to fully rest and sleep where I was basically asleep longer than I was awake most days. And after like two-ish weeks of this, I started feeling a whole lot better. Also, my timezone issue resolved itself as well. I had more energy, mental clarity, and body felt stronger as well. Overall, my excessive sleep for those two weeks was a very positive experience for me. I highly recommend it for anyone who works themselves too hard and who don’t allow themselves to rest lol. It’s so good!
So then after this coma-like experience, I was able to finally get back on my venture and to stick with it!!! I was like omg how did this happen? All I needed to do was let myself get the rest that I needed? Not only that, whatever break I took from my venture, I came back integrated. Lessons that the AI trainer had tried to instill in me suddenly became second nature. I guess I needed some time away from my venture to let bad habits break and for integration to complete? 🤔
So wild!
Apparently breaks are really important for integration. Just working hard every day at the same thing might not actually produce the best results is what I’ve been learning. It’s almost like slamming my head against a wall repeatedly hoping for something to change when all I need is to step away for a bit to let things settle and work themselves out. Not everything needs to be a battle.
Also, what’s quite fascinating is that I’ve been having my AI build useful tools for me. Anything where I’m like, “I wish I had this tool available” it’s like okay done. And I’ve been using those tools as training wheels to help me learn. I’m *incredibly* grateful for AI lol. I don’t think this would’ve been possible even a year ago. The rate at which it’s growing is unbelievable. I truly believe that there are so many things we can accomplish now with where AI is currently at that as long as we have a vision and a will, we can most likely accomplish whatever it is that we want to do. Holy smokes.
Needless to say, I’m very impressed and super happy with the progress I’ve been making. While it’s too early to tell whether I’d be successful at my new venture, at least the progress that I’m seeing is very confidence-building and I can feel it in my heart and soul that this potentially is a viable path for me moving forward — I just need to continue putting in the time and energy to keep learning and growing. Given my history with past experiences, I’m pretty sure I can and even if this isn’t my path for the long term, I’m sure what I learn from it will be useful in other arenas. Oddly enough, my MMO gaming and raiding days were extremely helpful for my current venture in building the proper beginner’s mindset and being okay with sucking lmao.
